We were surprised. there came a neat, filled carving at the table. it was nicely stuffed, not greasy and tasty seasoned. Moreover, there was still taste from the inside through the strongly seasoned ham and the delicious fruits. in which a beautiful Kumin note came through. a disc lemon incl. core did it, we didn't need it. the bratkartoffeln had neat taste, refined with crumbs, cumin and swirl. they were nicely fried, a potato sort with taste and they were not fat. the shave was flown as a roll roast, was tender and juicy, not too fat and well spiced. it's just a pity that the skin wasn't a crispy rash. there were only a few small points. in the emptying we suspect a finished cucumber, but of good quality, tasteful he matched. the soße was beautiful nature left with bright carabeous note, discreetly spiced with pfeffer and fits well with it. simple, ground-level, good Bavarian kitchen, 4.5 stars surround an old Bavarian gas house, in which there is also the original with guests. in the facility we would say that stopped in time. there are benches, tables, chairs, a wood cladding on the wall, documents, discs and pokale. the tables are covered with blue tablecloths and blue-white-cared middle covers, which recall from the material of childhood. at the brand holes they can look at, they were already in the gas room for smokers. as deko there was a glass with tee light and a few shorts. the cutlery was placed on a plate with red serviettes. if they know the opposite and the gas house, they say it fits. a few newcomers should be done. 3.5 stars cleanliness in the dining room and on the toilets everything was clean. 5 stars
