Mission Street Cafe - Geismar

This mom and pop shop is a fantastic meal every time. I had about 6 different menu points and everything was really good.

Those who have made breakfast in the last 3 or 4 days must let the previous person do it again. They used to be fluffy. I look forward to them every morning. They are now dry, brown crumbs without buttery taste to them. The girl who works the register last morning also has a bad attitude is slow.

I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant! The salad with chicken and bacon was perfect, with just the right amount of fresh ingredients like tomatoes. The place was bright and very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My husband ordered the shrimp po'boy, which he also found to be excellent. It's truly a hidden gem! Just keep in mind that they're only open until 2 PM.

I really appreciate the cozy, homey atmosphere here. The customer service is respectful and organized. The food is quite tasty, too!

Great place to grab a quick breakfast. I've been been going here occasionally since they've opened and it's still a great breakfast after all these years.
