Pizza Hut - Geismar

This place should be shut down.The “latest” is with them (I have a list of complaints that I could list… is ordering two specialty pizzas for delivery. After they finally arrived (after an hour and a half they had delivered us someone else’s order, which considered of two very plain pizzas. Knowing that it would be hours for new pizzas, we made do with what was delivered and I tried for a solid hour to call the store about the mixup. They don’t answer the phone. At all. For any reason. I finally gave up and called the “corporate” number and spoke with someone who logged my concerns and promised a call back within 24-48 hours. No one ever called. It’s all a big joke. No more Pizza Hut for our household. Thankful Domino’s just opened and is killin it!

I went to this pizza hut on hwy 73 and ordered a pizza. no olives, green or black, light sauce, and stuffed crust. When I got home I discovered that 1) they did not hold the olives, they didn't make it light sauce, and it had nothing in the crust. IE: it wasn't stuffed crust. I filled out he online feedback, and later was called by pizza hut, but was too angry to talk to them. I have found that when I am angry, I tend to say hurtful things, so i didn't answer. I have called back several times a day for the last 3 days, returning their call, but they refuse to answer. It is my opinion that you should quit buying from them and go somewhere else. This is only my opinion.

It's been a minute since we have eaten at a Pizza Hut. They have really stepped up there game at this location. Food was hot and fresh and tasted amazing. Pizza, wings, and pasta. First time in awhile we have enjoyed take out!!

I ordered from this last night. of the two pizzas we ordered were both correctly, as ordered, delivered a little earlier than the estimate given at the order, and was delivered by a friendly driver. the contrasts? while I've never got a pizza hat pfefferoni pizza, which do not tend to be fatter than others, this most decent pfefferoni had much more fat than usual. And the stuffed crust with the meatballs was a little on the dry side, from what looked like to be a lack of sufficient marinara sauce. the taste was good, but everyone had opposite problems too greasy or too dry. I'll buy pizza again, regardless of it. if they are like me, if they want pizza and have a taste for a particular brand, I will buy from this special business. as if I'm pizza wondering hut pizzas, I'm gonna buy from this again. But if I want dominos or papa johns or roma or rotellos, I will handle the others to get this brand pizza and, as most chains only 1 business that supplies to my sub-range, I am stuck with those if I want it delivered from their riders.

When my pizza arrived it was only Luke warm. Almost no cheese on my thin and crispy. I also ordered the med 3 topping deal. My thin pizza had only pepperoni on it and it was suppose to be double pepperoni and bacon. It was not even double. All of this on top of the fact that the store had no pan crust.
