The Dam Grill - Geneva

This is a neat little place in the downtown area close to the riverfront. It was an awesome old building and appears to be a hangout amongst the older locals. Went early afternoon, so not sure how loud it gets in the evenings. Next trip back to IL, Iwill for sure be back.

Great place to watch games. Natalie (the bartender) is attentive and efficient. She makes you feel like family! Great bar food. Definitely recommend

I decided to give this restaurant a try, and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff were warm and well-informed. I asked for their recommendation and they suggested the French onion soup. Let me tell you—it's by far the best French onion soup I've ever had! It was incredibly delicious, served hot, and packed with cheesy goodness. The onions had a nice crunch, and the broth was smooth and creamy. I will definitely be returning!

The bar food is quite good. The burger was prepared exactly as I requested, indicating it wasn't frozen. The menu offers more variety than the average place. The Cuban sandwich looked fantastic, and there’s a wide selection of microbrews available.

This is a charming neighborhood bar. The bartender handled the busy time exceptionally well. The food was served hot and tasted great. The bar itself was very clean, and the prices were quite reasonable. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend it.
