Domino's Pizza Midtown - George Town

Slow Delivery even though i was 5 minutes away and i found pieces of paper in my pasta...threw it away. Wings were good tho but i ordered hotwings with blue cheese and got hot wings with HOT sauce on the side

I called them gave them my order then they hang up on me before I can finish then I called again and they hang up on me three times without answering disrespectful and yes I had Credit the pizza good though get the pan pizza

By far the most distasteful and disrespectful service I’ve ever gotten. I called around 9:30 pm and I was answered by a man who kept rushing me on the phone actually did not allow to make a proper order as he hanged up on me mid sentence. I called back and I asked him why he hung up on me so rudely that I was not finish making my order he offered no apology and continued to rush my order and bluntly again hangs up on me. after ordering everything I waited about a little over a half an hour as the delivery man came only to find out my order is completely wrong!! Please try to do something about your customer service as it’s getting out of hand . I order for pick up yesterday evening, I was told by the individual that took my order it would be 35 minutes. I got there 45 minutes after, and stood for 2 5 minutes waiting. I could see that they were slam with orders, so I waited patiently. When I was finally acknowledge. And give them my name and number, a gentleman went of to check on my order. 5 minutes later a lady came and asked! Can I help you. I said to her someone went to check on it already, thank you. After another 5 minutes another gentleman came, can i help you, and I was like, really! If you can't find my order, should I place another one? I was assured that was not necessary and my order was coming right up.

Hi, I've always received good service here, but today it was very disappointing. I ordered a medium pan pizza with two toppings, and I was told to wait for 20 minutes. After the wait, I was informed that they were out of American cheese, so they needed an additional 10 minutes to prepare the new toppings. When I spoke to the staff at Domino's, they seemed unaware of the situation and did not acknowledge the long wait I had with my child. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.
