Taco Bell - Georgetown

I hope the general manager or someone in charge of your Google listing comes across this message. I recognize that this location is currently struggling with staffing and supply shortages. On several occasions, I've found the restaurant closed during my visits, which has been quite frustrating. It would be helpful to update customers on unexpected closures to prevent unnecessary trips. Based on my observations, the staff is hardworking and polite, and it's unfair for them to face complaints from disappointed customers about issues that are not their fault. Enhancing transparency by communicating about closures and other important information would be advantageous for both the employees and the community.

This Taco Bell is fantastic! My only issue is that they don’t stay open late enough. I rarely get the chance to stop by since they close by the time I finish work. Despite its convenient location on my way home, I often drive past, craving Taco Bell but unable to grab anything because they’re closed. I've only managed to eat here once, even though I've driven by wanting tacos about 38 times! I would love to come more often, so please think about extending your hours!
