Today I went through the drive thru of Chicken Treat in Mahomets Flat and was met with an incredibly friendly staff member. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but it was around 3.00pm on Friday 4/11/22 if his manager is reading this. He had brown hair and was the most friendly person I’ve encountered at any food establishment ever. He was engaging, clear on the microphone, and enthusiastic, and it was just a very pleasant experience. I told him I thought his customer service skills were exceptional. He stood out so much it has prompted me to write this review. As a person passing through this city, it was lovely to encounter such friendliness!

My partner and I decided to eat out tonight. He took me to the local chicken treat in geraldton, might I say we'll surely be visiting again. Everything was of excellent standards. To the customer service, food, and even the presentation. We were helped by Rhys, who recommended to us what to order. Cooked fresh, with great quality and presentation. Absolutely amazing service, outgoing, nice, and extremely knowledgeable. In my personal opinion, you really do receive what you pay for. Grateful for being able to have a good quality restaurant in our local town. We walked out smiling, and felt even happier with a full stomach of chicken treat food.

Hi all, The food was deliciously fresh, a nice hot fresh cooked roast chook and the service was prompt. The service itself was really polite and pleasant. The pricing was average and cost effective to quickly feed and fill a family of 4. I would definitely return to give them more of my business again. Thanks CT Mahomets Flats

Long wait, maybe short staff? But the food was worth it. Please bring this franchise to Victoria, or we have is Red Rooster and KFC, both can't cook crunchy chicken.
