The Emerald Room - Geraldton

When we discovered that there was a restaurant in the Best Western complex, we had low expectations. However, what we found was a hidden gem that is definitely worth trying out. Standout dishes included a flavorful scotch fillet with a well-executed jus and root vegetables, a delicious Mushroom Truffle Risotto, and a traditional Belgian Chocolate Lava Cake that was perfectly made. The portions were generous and well-prepared. The bar had a great selection of wines, cocktails, and beer. The service was pleasant and friendly. If you find yourself at the Best Western, make sure to check out this restaurant for a satisfying dinner experience.

The owner of our accommodation recommended the emerald room as one of the better restaurants in geraldton, so we thought we would make them a trip for a special night. booking is important I called on Thursday and they were already for...Friday fortunately they could join us on Saturday night. they were underused, however, and at the arrival we were told that they could not make cocktails from this reason, and a menu item was not available. we had gay bauch ripen and a scotch filet, and both came with abundant portions, and tasted delicious. the atmosphere is very pleasant, although it is darker than most restaurants. overall a good experience and worthwhile for a special dinner outing, despite the higher price tag.

This restaurant is located in a motel. Unfortunately, we visited on a night when a bus full of tourists arrived. While their meals looked delicious, we had to wait for about 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food, which was too long. I would consider returning because the food was good, but I would check if there was a crowd before going again.

My wife and I had dinner. I had the octopus star that was grilled to perfection. jalapeño purée and finely rubbed feta cheese. my wife had served barramundi with a kartoffelpave and byhalate. absolutely wonderful. I had the fillet steak that was cooked once again perfectly.

A delicious meal that was good value, and the service was excellent. Big serves! Will definitely recommend to anyone, and will go again when next in Geraldton
