We've been to this restaurant many, many times, celebrating most family get-togethers there since they opened. The food tonight was horrible. We arrived at 6pm and almost every tray on the buffet was either empty or had been dried over the heat for way too long. I finally spoke to the staff and they said they would bring out fresh food and they did, but only 3 types over the 2 hours that we were there. Again addressed this with the person checking us out, but she blamed everything on the person cleaning up the buffet that didn't speak English. I will say that the woman who waited on us for soda and plates was great. Total restaurant fail. It's a shame, we used to think so highly of the place.

First, the food is amazing, pretty much always fresh and warm, and there is a great diverse selection. The woman helping us out and grabbing drinks/empty plates was beyond helpful and was putting that work in. she was also very sweet, overall delightful woman. the prices are also super reasonable for the quality
