Írjon visszajelzéstI placed a mobile order through the app and went to pick it up. The staff at the restaurant refused to serve us because the lobby was closed, even though the doors were unlocked and it was before 7 pm. They did not offer any alternative for me to retrieve my order, so we had to return after already paying through the app. I paid for a meal and was denied receiving it. I was extremely disappointed.
We drove the extra distance to this because we had a bad experience on the appleton in mf. most employees were extremely rude. you had to order your food on the kiosk, they wouldn't take it on the switch. if they would pay with cash, however, they would take their payment on the desk. has not made any sense. while we sat in the lobby and ate, everything we could hear from behind was squeezing from the employee who looked as manager. only terrible. we've eaten fast so we can just walk.
Skip it. They kept getting my order wrong in the drive through, and then it was wrong when I got it. The food was cold and bland. Not going back. Head to Robert's next store for better food.
Why is this McDonald's still open why don't they get another manager. June of 2021, the announced in drive through not serving for 30 minutes, and January 19 2022 tried again at 745am 4 others in drive thru and no one took our orders it was all lit up inside a car parked as if a worker might be in there heck no. Germantown should have this restaurant closed.
3 times in a row I only got half my order then would have to go back in to get the rest of my food. I don't know what the disconnect is but I feel it's not hard to check a order before it goes out the window. Customers would be happier waiting a extra minute just to make sure they got all their food instead of having to then park and come in to get what was missed.
