Taco Bell - Germantown

The service was warm and attentive, and the food was excellent!

The restaurant was impressively clean and organized, with the sauce packets neatly arranged! There was also some fantastic artwork adorning the walls. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive.

This is likely the best Taco Bell I've ever visited. The drive-thru staff are consistently friendly, and they manage to get my order right 9 out of 10 times, which is really impressive for Taco Bell!

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. My family and I stopped by late at night to grab a bite to eat while keeping vigil for my grandmother in hospice care. It was the only place open at that hour. We arrived more than 30 minutes before closing, but no one answered the order speaker, and even the truck behind us honked in frustration. When I finally reached the drive-thru window, the woman informed me that they were out of both beef and chicken. I asked if I could get some potato bowls instead, but after a pause, she told me they were out of potatoes, too. After that, she abruptly closed the drive-thru window on me!

The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding, and the establishment is impeccably clean and well-organized. While I've noticed that the prices for my favorite dishes have gone up, it seems to be a trend I've observed everywhere recently.
