Brasaylena Cc Nassica - Getafe

This is my first time to eat in this place. I´m visiting from California, USA. I really like their food and was very impressed on the service of the staff-JOSE. I especially like their unique way of serving varied meats! They were all so tasty and juicy. From the ham, to the sausage and to the steak they´re all deliscioso!! They also provided beautiful salad, rice, beans, mashed potato and desert. Who can beat that?! This restaurant has an excellent staff. JOSE was phenomenal in serving us! He was very pleasant, friendly and courteous. He made sure that we´re taken cared of and were given excellent service. I´ll definitely come back to this place and hopefully will have JOSE as our server. Second time here, but the last. i found this time the people are not very organize. We have to wait, and wait, and wait to be assisted when in the table. They confuse the drinks, forget the bread. Ask for the bread three times, and when almost finish the food, i got it... when cutting some of food, it fallen down the clothes of my wife. They even not offer any cleaner. Do not repeat again.

I've went there on a family trip to Spain. The waitress that attended to our table was very unpleasant. We spoke pour Spanish and she didn't make any effort to understand us. Whenever we tried to speak in another language, like Portuguese or English she simple didn't make any effort to understand or help. As we were there with two small children that needed to eat this unwilling to understand us made it hard to pick up plates that suited them. The food itself was not good. The rice came cold, the meat overcooked, nothing resembling Brazilian food. My recommendation is that you pick other restaurant in the area, that have more friendly staff and better food.

Buena opción para comer en este centro comercial. los lugareños de esta cadena son una buena puerta a la comida típica asiática que puede resultar más de la gota occidental, sin platos muy exóticos. La atención es buena, aunque sería apreciada si más personas fueran contratadas, las personas que no habían renunciado a la cantidad de clientela, y sin embargo fueron educadas, profesionales y agradables.

Había sido recomendado el sitio y la verdad es que ha sido una buena experiencia. Tomamos el menú y estaba bien. la llegada un poco corto, pero el resto fenomenal. el postre de diez, muy rico. el pegamento, para poner algunos, es que el lugar es pequeño y no hay mucha separación entre los comensales. en cuanto a la atención, por los camareros, tiempos de espera correctos y buenos.
