Big Bowl - Geyzing

Basically serving Chinese food the place is located in a busy street; and parking being a chronic problem in hill areas difficult to reach by foot. Just an ordinary eating place with less variety. As usual the serving time is long; may be they cook as per order and don't keep ready stuff. Food is reasonably priced.

Big bowl was just like a big bowl of the mountain when it was seen. View of this big bowl attracts us to visit this place.

Had lunch here one day and it was nothing to write home about. Veg thali or meal as they call it, were the veg part wasnt great and the dhal was very weakSort of nice location if you can get a window table and watch the world go by outside. Dinning options are very limted in Pelling.

The name is true in its form, Very pocket friendly and tasty. Good tea and specially nice service and the food is very good .

BIG bowl is a right location for a leisure hangout and relax , seeing the school children pass you with a smiling face and while sipping your big hot cup of tea in the shade of the umbrella. The host Mr.rai who runs this small and great at heart restaurant is a nice guy. Try their shefaley. Over all my heart gives them 8 out of 10.
