Subway - Gig Harbor

Our server, Olivia, was fantastic! I really love the new decor; there are so many more seats now. They also offer gluten-free bread and vegetable patties!

It’s alright. My main issue is with Subway's decision to combine the sweet onion sauce with teriyaki sauce. I usually love the sweet onion sauce and always get it, but now it’s been replaced by a teriyaki mixture that I don’t find appealing. There seem to be more reasons to avoid Subway lately, but it has nothing to do with the locations or the employees—they’ve always been great. It’s just that the company makes questionable choices. I’m not saying the experience is terrible, but Subway just isn’t as good as it used to be.

I wasn’t upset with this Subway. I didn’t receive everything I ordered, but the lady went above and beyond to explain why and made an effort to rectify the situation. She truly did more than most people would. I was very happy and let her know how much I appreciated her attitude. It’s clear that she loves her job and genuinely cares about her customers, which is a beautiful quality that you don’t often see these days!

My son and I stayed here on the way back home from the city and lobby was clean sandwich artist was friendly and fast. A little bit cheated that there Sodabrunnen machine did not work or they did not sell whatever was the reason and had to get a little prefilled soda This is a little more expensive definitely much less soda. But overall our experience here was pleasant and fast.

Food was great. We were served by a guy named Seth, I think. Super nice, very quick. Great customer service. Would recommend this subway to anyone.
