Ahi Revolving Sushi - Gilbert

The miso soup was cold and so salty that I couldn’t even drink it. The sushi was rubbery, looked old, and had slimy pieces on top of stale rice. There was no wasabi or soy sauce included. What’s up with that? When I called to explain the situation and asked if wasabi and soy sauce weren't standard, the hostess just went silent and then hung up on me. I even tipped these guys! I’m going back tomorrow to get my $20 refund. What a way to run a business! Very disappointing!

The revolving sushi was fantastic! I had never visited a sushi restaurant with that unique feature before. The service was a bit slow, but the food was delicious! A friend of mine, who frequents this place, highly recommended it! I wouldn’t hesitate to return. The prices are incredible too!

UPDATE: I spoke to the hostess about the broken conveyor belt, and she informed us that we could order from the menu instead. Just a heads up—if you enjoy rice vinegar, you’ll love the rolls because they were drenched in it.

This is my favorite revolving sushi spot in the area. The taste and service are fantastic, and it's really affordable—just check out my pictures; we always eat a lot here, haha! I've seen some other reviews criticizing the appearance of the rice, but trust me, it's delicious! Overall, the sushi is tasty, the atmosphere is pleasant, the service is excellent, and the prices are great. I'm very satisfied!

The sushi itself was awkward to eat, as it kept falling apart, making it difficult to handle. Additionally, there weren't any trays at our table for our wasabi and ginger, so we had to go to another table and grab someone else's. We also didn't receive any ginger. All in all, this was not one of our better visits—probably the worst, actually. My wife suggested that perhaps the staff was too busy to keep everything tidy, but I’m not sure. If you look at the photo, you might see some issues with the containers. The restaurant is conveniently located down the street from us, so we might return for that reason, but after last night’s experience, we may opt for a longer drive to other revolving sushi places instead.
