Have A Question when did McDonald's stop giving change back and Act like You are Dine Because The Employee put in You paid the exact amount when You give Them a $10 Now I don't trust the drive thru It's not the Little Money It's The Idea She didn't Even Try

I originally asked what the smallest size of an item was, and I ordered the size up. I then ordered another item, and the girl over the intercom for the drive-thru totally disregarded it as miscommunication. I do not know if it was me or her, but she seemed annoyed. From then on, it was damage control in the pay window and then the pickup, as they seemed confused about the item that they seemed not to catch onto aside from the main item. This location needs people with better attitudes. How in the world do they get paid more than $15 or $16 hour for awful service. Only two stars since they eventually got the order right.

I placed my order and took it home, only to realize they forgot one of my fries. When I called to mention that it was inconvenient for me to drive back just to pick up my missing fries, the initial response wasn't very accommodating—they simply offered to give me the fries. However, when I went back, I encountered a new manager who was very apologetic. He went out of his way to make it right and even gave me some extra fries as a gesture of goodwill. I appreciate his understanding of customer service. Thank you again, Brian!

I visited this McDonald's today and ordered dinner for my son and me through the drive-thru. I specifically asked for 2 chocolate chip cookies, but it seems the person taking my order charged me for 4. When I reached the pick-up window, the employee informed me that I had to wait for the cookies. I mentioned that I only wanted 2 and requested a refund for the extra cookies I didn't order. The employee then brought the manager to the window, who told me that refunds were no longer allowed, as per the owner's policy. So, if you go to this McDonald's and they mess up your order, you won’t get a refund for unwanted items. I recommend everyone read this review to avoid this McDonald's, as if they make a mistake, you'll be stuck paying for food you didn't want.

I ordered a Burrito meal today, and I would make money that they weren't even made today. they were hard like a rock and when I tried to open it, it came apart in solid hard pieces. it was completely unusable. this place seems to have many problems to make the dinge right. back to taco bell to breakfast.
