If it were possible, I would give this restaurant 10 stars! The night shift team tonight was incredible! Everyone was friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious! Thank you, Gilbert Rudy's, for being so fantastic! You all are awesome!

Is this place for real, or is it some kind of joke? Honestly, it was the worst barbecue I've ever tasted. I'm not sure what bothers me more: the fact that I paid $16 for just a few pieces of brisket, or that I had to use a knife to cut it up. There was no tenderness at all, the fat wasn’t even rendered, and it barely had any smoke flavor. Do they only cook their brisket for four hours? The ribs were equally disappointing. The only redeeming feature of this place is the soda fountain—hard to mess that up. I would rather eat something unmentionable than come here again. It’s truly shameful.

Your knowledge of the products, attention to detail, and kind demeanor made my visit well worth it. I wrapped up the deal with Rudy Bar B Que, and the food is fantastic! Deal accomplished!

The food is always awesome, some of the best BBQ in Arizona. Get the potato salad, you won't be sorry. The staff is always very friendly. It's a great atmosphere, large on the inside with a separate party room.

I still keep wondering in amazement why this place is not more crowded. Casual Sunday afternoon, great bbq meat, good home cooked style food. Country music playing and TVs on with a baseball game playing. Couldn't get more American than this, except hardly any people here.
