Sonic Drive-in - Gilbert

I had to order from this restaurant because the one closest to me didn't accept mobile orders. The first stall I chose on the screen didn't work, but I received my food and drinks quickly at the next stall. There was a half-price promotion. The food was hot and the drinks were cold.

Excellent! The service was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond with a smile and were very accommodating. We sat at their outdoor seating area, which was clean. The food was served quickly and piping hot.

I orderd honey bbq chicken combo and this is what you get. Looks nothing like the menu and shows employees are very lazy in their work. Also employees dont listen to their customers request . everytime i go to this location they mess up my order.

I am so disappointed at this location they closed at 11pm when it’s not supposed to close till 12am says the website. Unacceptable I was hungry and was really hoping to get a #1 combo and my night was ruined because some knuckle lazy head employee wanted to close sonic an hour early. But good thing Taco Bell had my back because without that this review would’ve been more worse than what it is.
