Texas Roadhouse - Gilbert

The food is decent but not exceptional. The service is usually good and the ambiance is nice. However, there is nothing particularly outstanding about this restaurant. My husband has received burnt ribs on a previous visit, which was disappointing.

Our early dinner experience was made wonderful by the super attentive and polite server Cindy! Everything from the service to the drinks, appetizers, and dinner was perfect. No issues at all.

The waitress was friendly and accommodating. When my friend tried to order a pina colada with an extra shot of rum, the waitress politely informed us that we couldn't order two drinks in one order. My friend's girlfriend then made a different selection.

We called the seats, we have a table in a few minutes. kyle welcomed us immediately and our drinks came immediately. our meal was delicious! we had both prime rib that was perfectly cooked. kyle checked us for more icy and asked us how our meal was. the whole culinary experience was a pleasure.?

Great place for dinner or lunch. we passed the early evening and there was an hour waiting. do not let them discourage this, as eating here is worth the extra waiting time. if they know that they go a few days in advance, I would suggest a reservation as early as possible. as with most Texas roadhouse restaurants is the meat cutting station to be seen at the front. I'm a steak and a potato person, so I guess. I worked grills in restaurants so I know how my steak cooked and they do a great job here every time. nikki was at this opportunity our server and their speed and accuracy made the trip a good one alone. the staff here are very friendly and friendly and help each other a lot. Eat came in great time and was hot and fresh. we have never run out of the food rolls and our drinks were filled. the bathrooms are very clean and imaginable. an all-round culinary experience.
