Waldo's Bbq - Gilbert

Since I moved to AZ in 2007, I've been eating at Waldo's BBQ. It's my very favorite BBQ in the world, not only that the owners and staff are wonderful. If you haven't tried them yet, please do, amazing.

We've been eating takeout here for a few months due to COVID preventing seating inside, but last night was the first time we dined in. We already knew we loved the food, but were even more impressed dining in. Of course having food fresh out of the kitchen is always better, but we were also very happy with the service. Service was definitely above and beyond. Also gave us a chance to try the peach cobbler ala mode and we were very glad we did.

My husband and I had a delicious lunch yesterday at the restaurant. We ordered the super sampler with three different meat choices, ribs, and two sides. The food was excellent and we will definitely be returning. They also had a wide variety of beers on tap.

This restaurant is amazing!!! I come here frequently because of the excellent staff, delicious food, and fantastic drinks!!!

We absolutely love dining at this restaurant! The grill is fantastic and the service is top-notch. The new location in Gilbert at East Mesa Square is wonderful. We highly recommend trying the boneless baby back ribs!
