My husband and I just came from your Dairy Queen. Our experience was not very good. We both ordered blizzards and the ice cream was so soft it was the consistency of a milkshake. The girl that made our blizzards didn?t even flip the cup like you?re supposed to because the blizzard probably would?ve hit the floor! The cups were not filled to the top which seems to be an ongoing thing at this Dairy Queen. I actually called and talk to the manager about this a couple weeks ago. I don?t mind spending the money for a treat once in a while but this is an expensive treat and I think it?s inexcusably that you?re spending a lot of money and you?re not even getting a full cup of ice cream my husband and I decided we?re just not coming to this Dairy Queen anymore!

I stopped by to pick up lunch yesterday for my wife and I. I ordered two of the ?meal deals? that come with the sundaes. I decided to be adventurous and upgrade them to blizzards for a dollar each. Instead of driving home with the blizzards I asked for the coupons so we could redeem them for the blizzards later. Lunch was good. However, when we went to redeem our coupons later that night the staff was very confused by the coupons. They ended up charging a dollar for each blizzard even though we explained we already paid those dollars at lunch. I was and still am confused. No big deal about the couple dollars though. However/yet, we pulled into the parking lot to enjoy our treats and they had an awful aftertaste (almost a separated melty texture) of which we were unable to eat. All in all the staff was not focused on service but more on each other, hanging out in the back room as seen through the drive thru window and my wife and I didn?t have an enjoyable experience.

Their customer service skills are highly appreciated, they messed up on my order and was very quick to respond and fix it. I went back and my food was fresh and well done cooked. Recommend for a family to eat and enjoy their food together!

Kudos for getting our order right in the drive in after six women were giddy from a fun road trip. We kept changing our minds from kid's cone to small, with and without sprinkles, chocolate and no chocolate twist!! It was a delicious return to childhood treat.
