Monas Cafe - Gillette

We were seated quickly, and the server who helped us was attentive and paid close attention to our requests. One of us wanted no ice, another preferred light ice, and the last asked for extra ice in our waters. Each of us was very pleased with our choices. One of us ordered Huevos Rancheros, while the other two shared the Mona Omelette without tomatoes and had a side of cinnamon toast. If I'm in the area again, I would definitely return to explore more options.

I had a long day at work and was in search of a great local breakfast café. Having only been in Gillette for a few weeks, I’m still getting familiar with the area, but Mona's caught my eye since it's conveniently located on the street. A review by Elizabeth Paff convinced me to give it a try. When I arrived at 6:15 on Thursday, the café was filled with local blue-collar workers, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. The new owner(s) are still using Ramona's original recipes. The only downside of my experience was the coffee, which was a bit on the wild side, but it was still enjoyable. Based on Paff's recommendation, I ordered the breakfast burrito, and it was fantastic! Next time, I plan to try the corn rind hash. A big shoutout to Krissy, the waitress – she was the best!

I always order the breakfast burrito with hash browns, and it never fails to impress. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is great. The atmosphere is calm, and I always feel welcomed. The prices are reasonable too.

I love this place, it's small, not crowded and the food is great!

Hamburgers were good fries were awesome service was nice Mexican food was on point except the cheese sauce on the food not the greatest in my opinion prices were great. All n all very nice lunch will be back.
