I would like to initially point out the extreme friendliness, preparation and kindness as well as professionalism of all the staff. Everything we ate was 'spatially ' tasty, with very high quality ingredients and cooked to perfection. In addition to the fish, since we also had a diner who doesn 't eat fish, they prepared a high-quality platter of cured meats and cheeses and then a guitar pasta with excellent minced meat. In short, nothing improvised. Returning to the fish: the nest of prawns, puree and really crunchy fried vegetables, all balanced. As for the octopus with tomatoes and avocado, I 'll just say that we took a second course because the flavor was unique, truly enveloping, acrid but delicious. Both the pasta with guitar marinara and with Paragosta are truly excellent, perfectly cooked and with a creamy and tasty sauce. Perfect frying, crunchy, not greasy, light, an encore here too! As for the desserts, they are works of art with first and foremost the fruit soup with white chocolate and shortcrust pastry, but also the homemade babba and the pastry with cream that are truly impeccable. It 's a shame about the location, because it deserves a more enveloping external location like the interiors. With a place like this it would be very romantic to bring someone there. Having returned to this place yesterday after many years, I must say that I am happy because I found the same welcome as in past years, young entrepreneurs who follow in their parents' footsteps do them honour. Very welcoming renovated place, the menu is, needless to say, exquisite...

Excellent welcome and service. I went to the L' Ancora restaurant during my lunch break and I had little time. Welcomed with a delicious creative taste. Having understood the need, I was welcomed as a regular customer, with a smile and attention to detail. The seafood salad with lemon jelly was truly surprising, delicate and refined, followed by a little fish marinara with a balanced exaltation of the taste of the sea. Excellent bread stand with dualism of intent, made of transparency and lightness, in contrast to the bread, material and tasty, apparently in suspension. Heartfelt congratulations.

Partendo da un piccolo ingresso vi accorgerete subito che il viaggio appena iniziato vi condurrà in un'esplosione di sapori che inizierà prima dalla vista e poi finire il goto passando attraverso l'odore di un grande vino; tutto circondato da una professionalità tra la camera e la cucina, tutta la famiglia.
