Excellent place for Taiwanese street food with all the classics. Drooling just thinking about it. If you love authentic Taiwanese food or want to try, must check this eatery out. The staff will make you feel very welcome and will fill your belly with delicious eats.

I absolutely love this restaurant! The Taiwanese food here is incredibly authentic, especially the Beef Shank Noodle Soup and Soup Dumplings. The Taiwanese Night Market Food selection is fantastic, featuring Mega Near Dumplings, Popcorn Chicken, Stinky Tofu, and Beeg Shank Roti. The customer service is top-notch, and we can’t wait to return and explore more of their delicious menu!

CHJ Bistro is a great spot for Taiwanese food and a fantastic option for dinner in Steveston. I highly recommend the Wonton soup, Soup dumplings, Mega Meat Dumpling and Gua Bao just to name a few! The staff was very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was very relaxed and the food, of course, was delicious!

Had dinner at CHJ bistro last night. The atmosphere is relaxed and warm. The service was great with kind and friendly staff. The beef shank is so tender and delicious. We had to try the stinky tofu which immediately took me back to the time I visited Taiwan. So delicious, can't wait to come back for more dumplings.

Favourite spot for taiwanese food. I really want to try everything on the menu.Also the boba pearls are really soft!! Love it.
