Mcdonald's - Gladstone

Michael, the lobby staff member, was fantastic. I don't think he took a break the entire time we were there. He engaged in a conversation with my 11-year-old about school and activities, which was really nice. Usually, I just come in, grab my food, eat, and leave without anyone speaking to me. This was a refreshing change!

This is the best McDonald's I've ever visited. It's extremely clean, the service is excellent, and the food is really good, with hot and delicious fries. The play area is fantastic as well. The entire restaurant is well-decorated and inviting. Dining here is a truly enjoyable experience.

Always check your bag! Sadly certain shifts take better pride in their work than others... it's not even them being short staffed that bothers me it's the lack of effort to still be kind to the customers that understand and go out of our way to show kindness to them to hopefully let them know they ARE APPRECIATED!

Super clean, folks working there were very friendly. Downside, wish they would have told me about the buy one get one for a $1 but that was on me. Just didn't wait for sign to show it. Food hot and McDonald's good.
