Írjon visszajelzéstGood place. They always get the order correct and it's always ready when we get to the pickup window. The folks are always friendly and even though they are in Gladstone, they wear face coverings. I like that!
Unbelievably slow drive thru. Same thing, different day. Not to mention they don 't evenly switch between the the two lanes when taking orders. And we get home, and the little one says they didn 't give us the bbq sauce..but they always forget . Pfft, so true! The only positive was the cashier/s said thank you.
I suppose I gotta give it at least 4 stars. Don't do McDonald's much. Rarely actually. Not a fast food kinda guy. But, hey, for those of you who do..... kudos!
If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! I would NOT recommend coming here!!! EVERY time I go, they always get my order wrong!! I went there yesterday, I ordered a number 6 (10 chicken nuggets) with a large fry and large coke, and 2 large dr.Peppers I get to the 2nd window and the lady said ?what did you have? with a TERRIBLE attitude, then asks me for my receipt and I gave it to her, she then snatched it out of my hand while I was telling her what I had and before I could finish, she started shutting the window. She opens the window and gives me a back of 6 chicken nuggets and shuts the window. I sit there and wait until she opens it again, she asked ?what do you want? I then tell her this isn?t what I said I had. I told her AGAIN what I ordered. She finally gave me my food and coke. Then closes the window. I continue to sit there till she opened it again. She then asked ?what do you want? I told her I also ordered 2 large dr.peppers. She gave me one and shut the window and walked away. Someone else had to give it to me. I never got my receipt back so I could complain. I don?t know her name, but every time I go there she?s always there and ALWAYS has an attitude. I will not be coming back!!!!
Always check your bag! Sadly certain shifts take better pride in their work than others... it's not even them being short staffed that bothers me it's the lack of effort to still be kind to the customers that understand and go out of our way to show kindness to them to hopefully let them know they ARE APPRECIATED!
