Raw burger and stinking attitude from staff incl shift manager David Ordered food picked it up and took it home Both burgers were raw in the middle Called up and was told by “juan” I could have a replacement and a refund if I brought back Drove back in was given replacement but when asked about my refund was told it’s one or the other spoke to some shift manager with a stinking attitude saying I couldn’t have a refund if I took the replacement. No apology for wasting my time and fuel having to come back to allow them to fix their mistake. I’ll be complaining to proper manager when she’s in as her staff need training in how to cook and how to fix their mistakes and for a shift manager ginger bearded Davey needs some proper customer service training

What a place! Quirky selection of drinks, brisket is wonderful, hot wings are perfect burgers incredible

Had heard good things about this place. However, I left very disappointed! Really love the idea wish it better in all ways! I will start with the positives good drinks selection, and the staff I did interact with were lovely. the food however was a massive let down! Everything was bland lacked any authentic bbq flavour or any flavour at all really. I liked the idea of the relaxed counter service but the restaurant itself very chaotic nobody actually seemed to be in control. The most worry thing though was hygiene the place was not clean! I witnessed one chef scratch his head and continue to cook and another wipe his sweat off his face and carry on everything felt grubby.

Words can’t describe the food is so I’ll use numbers. Brisket burger 1/10 Ribs 5/10 Mac and cheese 3/10 Got the brisket burger to take away. After 3 bites and a lot of chewing with no flavour, I went to give it to the dog and my partner said to throw it in the bin instead as it was that bad. Shocking beyond belief they would recommend this off the menu when it’s that bad. Tasted like it was cooked a week ago and reheated in the microwave to remove the last of the moisture. After a friend telling me to go back as it was a once off this is what I got 2nd time round. Ribs (full rack) were poor 5/10, the separate sauce (bbq was 7/10) but wasn’t the fall off the bone they said it was. After a while of trying to get the meat off the bone I gave up and binned the rest. Mac and cheese (as a side) was tasteless. The next visit cost me around £17 which to be honest, was an absolute waste of money, I feel I’ve been robbed.

The food here is unbelievable! This place is first class, the brisket is perfect and the burgers are out of this world.
