Smashburger - Glassboro

Ive been here during lunch and dinner and it was always great. But the late night crew is terrible, they talk to each other unprofessionally, they toss people orders around cause they rather talk and fall behind on orders then do their jobs , the wait is uncomfortable and when they finally give you your order its meet with more unprofessional behavior, staff like that dont deserve even minimum wage

I was hanging with the family and had an amazing time in Smash Burger. The food was hot, the lady in the register delivered great customer service, and the gentlemen who brought our food to us was really a blessing. Great staff that was curious, professional and friendly! Thank you.

Taking 35minutes to make a burger that was over cooked either cold onion rings and a milkshake that was mostly milk and not mixed well. Don't recommend as it really wasn't even busy and still waited 35 minutes for a burger place to make a burger. McDonald's has better services and product at a lower cost.

It's a nice place to stop by and grab a bite. Greatest part is, they show the calories pet item for a healthier approach! Wheelchair access is available and parking is no problem as it is a unit connected to a few other companies.

Ordered take out. They forgot my fries, fortunately I checked before I left. No big deal but when I got home my burger was not good. All the pickles lettuce and tomato was only on one side of the burger. My burger was half hanging out of the bun. There was barely any ketchup or smash sauce. It looked like my whole order was sloppily thrown together and stuffed in a bag, then not double checked. Prices were reasonable but the employees need to do a better job making the food.
