I ordered the Soul Fries, Southern Fried Chicken Burger and Vanilla Coconut Shake which came up to about $30 which is quite pricey for 2 people being served a fast food style meal. However, as a vegan I had to explore my options so Soul Burger's adventurousness outweighed its prices. In terms of food, most people seemed to enjoy it and also the ambiance, however, I did see a group of people walk off with half eaten burgers and untouched chips which was a complete pity and waste of food. I would recommend the coconut shakes the most because it didn't have a strong coconut taste which is good since I often find the scent and taste off putting. It was very sweet though but still delicious, better than a dairy milkshake for sure. The burger was decent but extremely salty, the chicken patty certainly had the texture of chicken breast but the crust wasn't very satisfying in terms of crunch. The soul fries were pretty much just mcdonalds french fries style smothered in cheese-like sauce, which I didn't like so I ended up eating around it. I would come back to try the cheeseburger, other milkshake flavours and possibly different fries, only because of the lack of plant-based (vegan) restaurants in Sydney to try out.

Have had my eyes on this place for quite some time. Was super satisfied with my cheeseburger (with mushroom). The "meat" was smokey & beefy & full of flavour. The sweet potato fries were a little underwhelming and the atmosphere was lacking a little but with that said I'd definitely return for another go at the burgers!
Went here during my 1 night sydney stay here and this shop won the choice for my only vegan eating experience. The service was very timely and extremely recommended, and the staff was all fantastic. I did not have to wait long until my meal was served, and I was very hungry, so I have eaten it happy in a handful of minutes. The quality was excellent. Flavors were not missing, and the texture combinations were great. The prices are certainly fair in view of the preparation and the general availability of such menu items. The best (Vegan) burger shop I've ever visited, and the best vegan burger I tried; I would like to go back and try everything in the menu to select a favorite. Recommend this store for all Burger seekers. Great environment and an unforgettable time.
There was a couple who sat in front of their a burger than sitting for 10 minutes. 5 minutes later, the girl gets a "milkshake" and another 5 minutes later she gets a few fries. Strange. Anyway, I got the "American Badass", who came with Hash Brown ??? Not sure .. why .. and an onion ring? The vegetable burger lacked a taste - the only sauce with which it came with ketchup and mustard. I would assume if you do not get a taste of meat / cheese, you would add at least one aioli or something. I would suggest putting the sauce that came with the shoestring fries on the burger. Also ... Our fries were cold .. not even warm. I think the only decent thing was the milkshake that should not be called milkshake BC, it's not thick. It's more milk .. drink. I do not get privileged veganism.
