Jj's Grille - Glen Allen

This is a fantastic spot to relax, catch up with friends, enjoy live music, and unwind! The food is excellent, and the menu is diverse with reasonable prices. The staff is wonderful—friendly and professional, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience without being intrusive. I highly recommend it!

We went to see the live band, and they were fantastic! The sound quality was excellent, and everyone had a great time!

The restaurant seemed to be quite busy on Friday, perhaps because I was there with a traveling lacrosse team. We waited about 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and while the food was decent, we found ourselves waiting until almost the end of our meal to receive some of the dressings we ordered. We shared several appetizers, but not everything came with the dressings we had requested. As I mentioned earlier, it’s possible they were short-staffed. The tater skins were overcooked as well; they shouldn't have been left in the fryer for so long.

The waiting period for the food lasted long, but finally the waitress present was very pleasant and helpful. Because it was a karaoke night with good singers, the crowd was very conservative and not participative, made for a dead, lifeless boring night! That's why I would never return for a boring, lifeless night of entertainment.

The burgers were pretty good, the pickles were really good. The meatloaf was burnt, told the waitress so she apologized and brought some more out...still burnt. We took it home to the dogs. Greenbeans were frozen so not so tasty (by the way meatloaf was my daughter, I didn't pay her bill). The waitress apologized again but no manager came over and no one offered to take it off the bill. For the price compared to quality we probably won't be back.
