Moe's Southwest Grill - Glen Allen

I visited the West Broad... I had the best experience not only was my food delicious...but the manager was extremely nice to me.... I was having a hard day at work and being that I work in the food service industry...it was really nice to get the service that I give.... yessssssssss it's far from where I live and work.... it's still so worth it.... love this place

Surprisingly better than Chipotle Qdoba. The tofu is on point. Service was okay.

There is an atmosphere difference since my last visit. No more WELCOME TO MOE 'S when you walk in the door. While the offerings look freshly cooked and stocked, the portion size for the protein has went down. I did not eat in so I had to wait until I got home to write the review. The food was decent. I would just suggest that this location go back to the customer service that Moe 's is generally known for. Welcome your customers, otherwise there 's not much to separate from like restaurants.

I wanted this to be so good... but... it was just okay... my sister really hyped it up that it was so much better than Chipotle... and maybe it's personal preference but it's really not. The floors were dirty and we wiped our own table before sitting down... and it wasn't even busy. Some of the food took some time to get ready and with the amount of employees there, someone could have said I'm sorry for your wait here is the rest of your food... instead, the one woman just keep yelling out YOUR STACK IS READY YOU CAN COME GET IT.... Service was blah... there was one man there with locs in his hair... he was very pleasant and kind.... Steak was pretty tough... Probably won't be back... ever...

We have ordered their fajita meal kit several times. My family really enjoys the meal. It is a fun and easy for any get together. Ordering on the app is very easy and pick up was a breeze. It is packaged so well that it travels well. The meal served 6 adults for my family. We will definitely order again!
