Wendy's - Glen Allen

Food was good and hot, didn 't give me my sauces for any of the meals, which my daughter won 't eat her nuggets without sauce...Second visit Update:Never coming back. Pretty sure both employees we saw were high as kites. Food was cold, got fries instead of apple slices in my child 's kids meal. All fries were definitely past their good time frame...and given in a very small quantity...like only maybe 10 fries.We asked 3 times for our receipt because we were short changed and the female employee huffed and roller her eyes before getting it for us.Nope, 2 bad experiences are enough for me to say no more returns to this location.Also Biggie bags are now $6 and $7...not such a good value. Spent over $20 for 2 value meals and a kids meal ???

Ordered Cinnabon Pull Aparts and it came with no frosting. So they were Cinnamon Dry Clumps instead.

Cold food.. was in drive thru tried to add cheese sauce at the window and they made me drive back around the building to order at the speaker. No one else was in line...

The worst ever Fired me for absolutely no reason but the GM is the worst an the district manager is very racist towards certain staff the GM has a idgaf attitude an doesnt care about absolutely nobody but herself. they do employees very very wrong an they are wrong for alot of stuff but the still have a manager who racially profiles an employee an got beat up for it.. im telling you the GM an district manager are the absolute horrible worst an i was one of they best ones smh

I’m no so upset, I am so polite to everyone here and treated like ****, this is the worse Wendy’s ever! Every time I come here I am treated like an animal, Our bags being thrown at us, no receipt, then when I called for my receipt, I was yelled at and hung up on, start hiring people who are customer service oriented, I worked fast food and never treated anyone that way, even on my worse days, it’s disgusting! I’m not sure f Wendy’s even got the money for what I ordered, it was probably pocketed, and no I’m not being a “Karen”, I just want to be treated the way I treat everyone else, with respect, maybe Wendy’s would be doing a lot better if they trained their employees like Chick FE LE!
