Mod Pizza - Glen Burnie

The food is delicious, but they never get a pickup or delivery order right. Again and again I can understand, but we order quite often and it is never right. Every time I ask for the sauce on the side. Because of medical problems, I can only have a little bit of sharpness. My pizza is literally always shredded into sauces, which in turn makes the food soggy. The same applies to salads. Stop the dressing on the salad. It is difficult to enjoy a salad that is saturated. MOD as a company uses good ingredients that taste good. I just wish this place would listen to the customer's specific requests. I enjoy the food and don't waste money by eating it, although I usually land sick because of the heavy sauces.

I recently visited a restaurant in Glen Burnie with a friend, and we ordered pizza. My friend chose a paprika pizza with ranch dressing, while I opted for a bacon and pineapple pizza as part of the "Maflie" special. Unfortunately, when we received our order and got to the car, I noticed that my pizza had no pineapple, and my friend's ranch dressing had been included. When I returned to the restaurant to address the issue, they told me that they could add pineapple but couldn't do anything about the ranch dressing, which I'm allergic to. I was extremely disappointed because I ended up having to throw away my pizza, and they didn't offer any solutions. I feel like I wasted my money.

Fantastic location! The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The food is prepared quickly and consistently delicious.

I visit this restaurant two or three times a week. The staff is always friendly and incredibly accommodating with my food restrictions. My pizza is consistently prepared with great attention to detail, and it's always just right. You truly are wonderful people! I especially want to thank Jaylin for the best-tasting pizza I've ever had in my life!

Reasonably priced and filling. We dropped by while briefly waiting at the airport. Roughly 15 minutes away from BWI (perfect to allow yourself time to order from the airport and pick it up fresh). Made our own meat lovers pizza and got the cauliflower crust Dillon James with pesto drizzle on top (highly recommend). No wow factor, the food was good as was the customer service. Really cool that the company partners with ?little buddies.?
