Delicious coffee - nice and smooth and the right temperature (surprising how so many places make lukewarm coffee), but be weary it is a little pricey.

Big nice menu for lunch or breakfast. Good spot in a perfect location. Beautiful coffee! Stop for a brunch and go for a walk around Armadale.

We dropped in for 'brunch' before a concert at the Malvern Town Hall, nice selection of modern style breakfast options and very reasonably priced. Good coffee and a nice feel about the place. I would happily return for breakfast or lunch...
