The Sunday brunch at this restaurant was sensational! We enjoyed the cilbir and manti, as well as Turkish coffees and a delicious slice of baklava. Highly recommended.

Glass Merchants in Balaclava features an epic interior with industrial vibes, lots of seating, and is full of character. The menu matches the unique atmosphere of the restaurant. One standout dish is the Macho Breakfast, which includes eggs, steak, and a delicious chutney sauce. The combination was so good that I almost fell off my chair after the first bite. Overall, I would rate the dish a 9.5 out of 10. The coffee, however, was rated at 3.5 out of 5. Pouring chocolate sauce on quinoa porridge may seem weird, but it was surprisingly good, making it a memorable hipster breakfast experience. They say the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, and Glass Merchants definitely delivers on that front. #foodporn.

Friendly service, great location! Excellent coffee and brunch venue. The GM eggs benedict with smoked salmon was delicious. In an area that thrives in coffee and brunch GM offers both exceptionally!

Having moved to St Kilda about a year ago we walked around the area and stumbled across this cool cafe for lunch. Immediately greeted and seated with menus and asked if we wanted any coffees. Had the hotcakes and pulled pork sandwich which both came out quickly. Both dishes were delish and well presented. Coffee was great. My partner and I have gone back for the 2nd time for brekky and didn’t fail at all!
