Mcdonald's - Glen Ellyn

I frequently visit this restaurant, and I've always found the service to be quick. Over time, it has improved significantly. There's a young lady named Freda who is incredibly helpful and professional; she's fantastic! She's always sweet and friendly, which I really appreciate. Occasionally, some employees can come off as rude and turn their backs, but overall, most of the staff are amazing!

However, there was a very loud contraption that operated like a jackhammer, which the kids loved, but it was quite distracting for those not playing. On a positive note, an employee noticed that my child was barefoot while we were waiting for our drinks and politely reminded us that for safety reasons, shoes should be worn outside the play area. Not many would have paid attention to that, so it was really thoughtful of them. Overall, we had a great time and are looking forward to returning!

I absolutely love this place! The staff does an outstanding job, and the food is consistently amazing. I've had the best customer service experience here! The team is incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. I was thrilled to have dined here! The chicken sandwich was delicious and juicy, bursting with flavor. The fries and nuggets were always hot and satisfying. This is definitely one of the best fast food spots around. Their consistency and quality are impressive. Just a heads-up—the food is quite addictive! I will definitely be coming back.
