Carl's Jr. - Glendale

Terrible customer service! The management is deliberately unhelpful and does not accommodate requests. They really need to be replaced; they might be better suited for a tamale shop.

The food was excellent, and the cashier was friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant. It wasn't crowded, likely because it's located next to other upscale restaurants, but that made dining in quite enjoyable.

I've often enjoyed great service here, but my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a California classic in a lettuce wrap but received a wrap with just two burgers—nothing else. When I approached the counter to address the mistake, I was met with an attitude, as if it were my fault and that I needed to calm down. I simply wanted my order corrected, but this experience has made me reconsider returning. It's unfortunate because this was one of my favorite Carl's Jr. locations, but not anymore.

Went for lunch after completing a Hollywood bus tour. The service was friendly and efficient and we ate outside enjoying the great weather. We had a mix of dishes among us but the highlight was the Chicago hot dog and chili fries a new dish for me but the rich chili sauce drenched in potatoes was a great combination. My daughter had the chicken pasta salad which fell well although that portion was huge. Perhaps the best feature of all was the value for money.

Tried the hand breaded chicken sandwich, we got 3 of them, one had and I kid you not a 2 oz tender in it and nothing else that is 7 dollars worth of food for a 2 oz piece of chicken, and the other ones were not that much better. You need to do better than that Carl?s Jr.
