Domino's Pizza - Glendale

Ordered online but it didn't take my giftcard and checked out as cash. I noticed immediately and called the store, took me 35 minutes to get through and at that point the delivery driver was already at my door. Absolutely insane. Delivery driver Christopher was great though!

I was confused because there were other customers picking up their food, so I politely inquired if I could order and pay online. The female manager then approached me and explained that they were short-staffed and couldn’t take any new orders. There were four pizza makers busy at work, and it wasn’t late in the evening—I wasn’t requesting ten pizzas at 11 PM. I even mentioned that I understood they were busy and I was willing to wait for my order. I simply wanted to buy a dessert for my nephew. Despite my polite requests, the female manager refused to take my order and suggested I go to another store. Adding to my frustration, the male cashier remarked, "We're hiring right now if you need a job," which left me stunned and bewildered by the entire situation. I left the store feeling humiliated and noticed that the staff began laughing as I walked away. I hadn’t done anything wrong, yet this is how I was treated at the Domino’s. I will never spend my money at Domino’s again and hope they start treating customers with respect. If you’re looking for poor customer service and a negative experience, this store is the place to go.

I have nothing negative to say about the employees or Domino's as a whole. On one occasion, a part of my order was missing, but they more than made up for it.

I had an extremely unsettling experience with a delivery driver. He nearly walked right into my apartment, and I had to physically block him from coming inside. He stood too close for comfort and opened his delivery bag, expecting me to reach in for my drink. Honestly, it felt like he was trying to get a whiff of me. I really dislike this guy. Reporting it to the restaurant seems pointless since they never answer the phone—I've been on hold as I write this, hoping they'll pick up before I finish. Spoiler alert: they probably won’t. If you order from this place and a skinny, middle-aged guy knocks on your already open front door through the screen/security door, be prepared—grab some pepper spray or other self-defense tools. It feels like he's on the verge of losing control with whatever troubling impulses he’s been trying to keep at bay.

On 10th september online ordered brooklyn style and wing tasted great craved it all week again ordered on 17th september was the same total disappointment pizza was cold and soggy nothing like the pizza on the 10th wings not even tasted well this time they were underused.
