Super pink snapper! the fish sauce is so delicious that they can lick each piece from the dish. Here's all so good! I would always return to this place!

If you're tired of kazu and looking for a more dynamic menu Seaweed will be your place. Interior is set up bar style. Great for a intimate date night or catch up. We ordered lobster crispy rice and Uni spoons (good, but salty and overpriced pass on this) for apps. For the hand rolls, we ordered salmon skin, soft shell crab, blue crab, and negitoro. For sushi, we went for the salmon with caviar (YUM, GET THIS), black cod, and bluefin. This was enough for my boyfriend and I to feel content without being too full. Our bill came out to around $215 18% gratuity is automatically included. The most memorable part of our visit was the smoked truffle albacore sent to us compliments of the chef. This was absolutely delicious!!!!!! Wow. If you can shell out for this you won't regret it. I could imagine this specific dish being served at a Michelin experience. PROS: Efficient, friendly service No wait on a Sunday night Lobster crispy rice YUMMY must get Complimentary truffle albacore so so delicious CONS: Overpriced for the value Too much rice in the hand rolls for my liking TLDR; Overall, decent spot for hand rolls without the hassle of waiting forever. I'm glad we were able to try Seaweed. Giving it a 4 because our experience did not lack as far as the food goes. My true rating would be a 3.5 the price simply does not match the value for what it is. Ambiance is not quite there and there is far too much rice and filler veggies in the hand rolls. Consequently, these fillers make the sushi feel unintentional and overpriced. I might be back, I might not. The complimentary sushi was a nice touch that definitely swayed us. Without it, I would probably have left unsatisfied.

This place is amazing the sushi here doodoos on Nobu and any other acclaimed sushi restaurant. The quality of the fish is amazing that I almost ate my fingers with it. When you eat here it's a whole new experience. I only eat sushi here no other place very inviting and delicious 10/10

The hand rolls are worth!!! Can't say the same for nigiri. For the size of the piece and quality of fish vs. the price, you can find better sushi elsewhere. The beet salad and $5 beers were my favorite part of the meal!

Amazing restaurant. Everything was so delicious and the waiter Austin was super cool , very warning . Don’t just take my word for it go and check it out for yourself. Our first and def not our last .
