Uptown Coffee - Glendale

The Uptown Coffee cafe provided a great start to my day. As of this review they are open at 6 am, which was a bonus since I am in town from the East Coast and was craving a cold brew coffee to start my day.I originally planned to stop by, grab a coffee and then continue a brisk morning walk, but by the time I arrived and saw their breakfast menu, I decided to sample their breakfast quesadilla after learning they make their food fresh with quality ingredients.The cafe offers a comfortable atmosphere with ample seating if you have the time to sit and enjoy your beverage or your bite. I also learned that they make their croissants fresh as well as their other pastries. If I wasn’t watching my carb intake, I would have gladly sampled some of these offerings and wish I had taken a pic to share (they looked great).The quesadilla, by the way, was top notch. Full of flavor and just the right amount of food for breakfast…I probably could have split it with my wife had she been here, but I was content finishing it on my own!I also enjoyed chatting it up with Gio (happy b-day again sir), and Armen and his wife.I strongly encourage you to stop by and sample some of the goods Uptown Coffee has to offer and support this local shop.I truly look forward to stopping by in my future visits to Burbank.

Cute spot but everything was so subpar, it was very disappointing! Turkey club pesto panini was super mediocre, bread was supposedly put in the panini grill but had no grill markings, tasted like something someone makes at home in a hurry. Lavender latte was diluted and could barely taste the espresso. Asked them to remake it and they did and it still tasted diluted. Feel like I wasted $25. I won’t be back.

This is quickly becoming a favorite coffee spot! I rave about this place because of the live jazz you can find on a typical weeknight.So far I’ve had their lattes and tonight I tried a London fog with oat milk. It was delicious!! Please stop here if you’re in the mood for some great coffee with great ambience! ?Kid-friendliness: I came here with a bunch of my nieces and nephews once and everyone was very friendly and sweet.Parking: Almost always find street parking very easy.

A local gem! Very nice staff and delicious baked goods. Their tea selection is AMAZING! Try the egg and cheese on one of their flaky croissants and you won’t be disappointed.

Crossiant and Americano thats my go to every morning from now on thank you Uptown coffee! A splash of oat milk and were good to go!
