Carl's Jr. - Glendora

This location doesn't provide the full ingredients as expected. I ordered a Big Carl’s, but they only included one slice of cheese instead of the two that should have been there. This is the second time this has happened. I tried calling the number on the receipt, but neither of the numbers were answered.

The customer service could benefit from a bit more friendliness and warmth. Unfortunately, the bathroom was out of service, which meant we couldn’t wash our hands—definitely a disappointment.

The manager is an incredibly friendly and kind individual. Unlike his staff, he actively cleans the restrooms, works the register, and picks up litter to keep the restaurant looking presentable from the outside. He truly is a one-man show, taking on the responsibilities that others seem to neglect. It's definitely not fair to him.

I was disappointed with the quality and prices here. I don?t have high expectations for fast food but I also don?t expect to pay 27 dollars for a famous star combo and a chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich alone was $10.30 and was very skimpy and notgreat at all. But if you decide to go here anyways and plan on going through the drive thru, bring a passenger to make iseasier ???? It goes without saying, I wouldn?t come back.

Very juicy burger (The Carl). The breakfast burritos were kind of plain. Not much flavor, but I always like your food, and that's why I have you 4 stars. You are normally a 5.
