The service was excellent, and the food was both tasty and served hot. The area was very clean as well.

I will not be returning to this location. Brianna, the cashier, was unfriendly and quite rude. When I approached the counter for a second time after deciding what to order, she bypassed me and called over another guest to take their order. That was very disrespectful. When I finally ordered, there was no acknowledgment from her—no "sure," no "thank you," not even a smile. Because of this experience, I won't be coming back to this restaurant. It seems that Brianna needs some retraining in customer service and should treat all customers with courtesy. Interestingly, she did appear enthusiastic when greeting male customers.

If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary, I highly recommend Ono Hawaiian BBQ. The food is excellent, the portions are generous (I’m a big fan of the macaroni salad), and the staff is friendly. It might be a bit pricier than your typical takeout, but it’s definitely worth the extra money.

Over an hour wait for food. Cold. I told her it was an online order. She said three other names then mine. I told her no Kevin. I ended up waiting over an extra hour after my online pick up time. I had over 15people order and get their food before me.

Chicken Katsu is delicious and lots of it. Brianna is JAWSOME, someone give that Girl a raise!
