Dandelion Bakery Bistro - Glenelg

Met a friend for a meal and felt very comfortable in the restaurant during the pandemic. Friendly staff and food was delicious. My first visit, but definitely back. Thank you.

Nice restaurant was hoping for more of veg menu but I can understand why not

I wasn't aware that this little hidden gem in Glenelg existed, but I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and was greeted by the wonderful aromas of Italian cuisine. I ordered a sandwich because I was short on time, but I can't wait to go back and try the amazing selection of pastas and entrees! I have to say, the corned beef was delicious, and the sauce complemented it perfectly.

The family dinners are massive—we always have leftovers—and there’s usually something for the kids to enjoy. I appreciate the variety of meals they offer as well. Even though we live about 20 minutes away, I’m consistently impressed that our food arrives warm and fresh. I really hope they continue offering family meals even after things return to normal because it’s so convenient to grab a quick meal, especially when dining with kids can be challenging. Plus, it’s much simpler to order a family meal for five than to place a large order with multiple items. I’ve attached a photo of our last meal there—it was an interesting mix of dishes, but everything was delicious! Some of their meals are more structured, too.

I discovered a lovely gem in Glenelg. The food is incredible and extremely fresh. The chef regularly comes out to check on the dishes. I just wish it were a bit closer to home. I had the cauliflower pizza, and it was delicious!
