Wendy's - Gloucester

Absolutely disgusting? I thought covid was a cleanse. I should have taken photos to support this assessment. I've never been so rough to start with, there's a muzzle outside the entrance door. there are overflow and bags stacked on the cans. looks like a raft sale . the floors must be dismantled with a dirty mop head. they can see that ****. I used the washroom to wash my hands before I eat. through the mend urinal they can see that someone spits a plough at the wall about 5 ft upwards. on the walls it is not, and the back of the door is black with grim. the cleaning is not done. I sat down to eat and pulled my chair out of the dirty table and my hands literally stuck on the back of the chair. I asked for a cleaning cloth and got a wet wipe. I worked in the restaurant industry. if that were mine, I would have to shut it down and wipe the place from top to bottom. absolutely rough.

Breakfast sandwich was good bacon is Wendy's strong point. Bread a bit heavy but still tasty

I just had a rubber spicy chicken and cold fries. Wendy's used to be good. Not anymore. And this dining room smells like sewer inside close to the washroom

Food was good, as for the service. Nothing more or less that you can expect from a Wendy 's. The only thing that was almost weird was the floor... It was so slippery, even if it was dry, it looks like they washed the floor with the same greasy water they used to wash the kitchen floor.

Their spicy and grilled chicken are both great but perhaps a little too much mayo. The calories on just their sandwiches aren't that bad but we skipped on the fries. We sat in the drive through with a line building behind us for a few min but sandwiches were hot.
