Frankie Benny's Gloucester

Despite booking through OpenTable, the restaurant staff had no record of our reservation when we arrived. They quickly found a table for us, but this did put a damper on our celebration as some of our guests had traveled over 100 miles to join us. We were disappointed that we were not offered any compensation or voucher to entice us to return in the future.

Absolutely loved our meal service was extremely fast and eating was hot and tasty! excellent service of fab staff would definitely recommend

My first visit to francie and benny. on the other night we were here to dinner, but we are sitting right away. the place was clean and the music choice was nice; inoffensiw and with perfect volume. the waitress was friendly, served us quickly and gave us options for the starter and the main coming together, which was eating within 10 minutes! the bbq burger was super tasty, pommes could have been a little craspier, but were nice enough. it was a cheap food and filled enough I back.
