Írjon visszajelzéstWe ordered delivery from this restaurant through Just Eat. The reviews on Just Eat were good, so we were excited to try our first Chinese takeaway in a while. I started with a quarter crispy duck. The pancakes were thin and held together well. However, the duck strips were dry and hard, and seemed to have been reheated from earlier in the day. Moving on to the main dishes, the black bean sauce was chewy and the sweet and sour Cantonese chicken tasted old and had a strange texture. The Thai-style dish consisted mainly of large chunks of tofu and carrot with a tasty sauce. The Singapore noodles were overcooked and clumped together in the container, with a lack of flavor and ingredients. Overall, this was the worst Chinese meal I have ever had. It seems like the ingredients were not fresh. The only enjoyable part of the meal was the pancake roll starter, and I have to mention that the delivery was on time. Unfortunately, most of the food ended up in the trash.
Awful experience. I attempted to get a re-delivery today but unfortunately, the meat in order 26 was dry and overcooked, making it inedible. The £9.80 Special Salt and Chilli platter consisted mostly of soggy chips and spring rolls. The chicken in Japanese style was dry and almost burned. The only edible item was the house special chow mein. The spare ribs with sauce were very dry in a salt and chili style. The total meal cost £26. I would like to arrange a convenient time to return the food tomorrow. Photos have been added.
Unfortunately, last night I placed an order with Lim Kitchen. I double-checked multiple times to ensure that my order was completely vegan. However, after waiting for an hour, I received the order only to discover that it contained chicken. This was devastating for me, as I have not eaten meat since I was 4 years old. Despite being upset, I did not finish my meal as I was uncomfortable with the thought of consuming it. It is important to be cautious when ordering from them, as the vegan dishes may not always be accurately prepared.
We had a home delivery (via Just Eat). The Just Eat' ratings were good, so we were looking forward to our first Chinese Takeaway' for some weeks. I had a quarter Crispy Duck for starter. The pancakes were soggy and stuck together. The cucumber strips...were bone dry and hard, and the spring onion strips were curly'. These had been cut up some several hours earlier in my opinion. On to the main. The Beef in Black Bean Sauce, had chewy beef. The Sweet and Sour Cantonese Chicken had what tasted like old bits of shredded chicken in the batter. There seemed to be no freshly cooked pieces of chicken of any decent size. The Chicken in Thai Style (photo) mainly consisted of large chunks/strips of onion and carrot. The sauce did taste OK though. The Singapore Noodles had been squashed heavily into the plastic container. They were stodgy (sticking together), dark looking and totally unappetising. There was little evidence of any vegetables/other ingredients in the dish (see photo). I think this has to be the worse Chinese Meal ever. I don't even think the ingredients were fresh. The only thing we enjoyed were the x Pancake Roll starter, and I must mention the meal was delivered on time. Most of this meal went in the bin!!!
