Burgers so very small really light on ingredients. Fried egg was cold. Supposed best burger described as Big Queenslander very fatty and at a cost of $16.90 glad it was buy 1 get 1 free. I placed an order for pickup at 8 to be ready by 8:30. When I arrived at 8:30, the restaurant couldn't find my order. It turns out they hadn't checked the online orders. The staff member working that night was very rude and lacked basic customer service skills. The service, atmosphere, and food were all rated as 1 out of 5. The price per person for dinner was between A$40-60.

The service at this restaurant was exceptional, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.
