Starbucks - Golden

This might be the best Starbucks in the country. They are blazing fast, my order has never been wrong, and the baristas are great. Jordan, in particular, makes my day every time he’s there when I walk into the store.

A good coffee shop provides a convivial atmosphere. This place is NOT that.I was made to feel personally targeted with disrespect and micro-aggressions during every visit by a barista named Luke. Another barista named Jordan encouraged me to report Luke’s rudeness after observing him. I also reported Luke’s egregious hygiene issues, wildly out of place on a food service worker. Two other baristas encouraged me to take this action.The situation escalated and was made exponentially worse due to the neglect and incompetence of the store and district manager; both proved to be utterly incapable of de-escalating and resolving an issue in a safe, timely, mutually beneficial manner. This entire situation should’ve been addressed and immediately diffused. It was not.The result was a lingering problem where I, as the customer, was made to feel unsafe, targeted, and at risk of retaliation. This unmitigated disaster was compounded by the malicious gossip of other employees.I just wanted to sit there and draw comic books while I drank too much caffeine. Instead, I had a singularly traumatizing experience. Thanks, Golden Starbucks.

Thank you Madison you were amazing , she added the chocolate shavings , I wanted them on my mocha for the last week but forgot to ask and she did it automatically , absolutely the best and she is super friendly ?

We ordered 2 drinks for pick up. When we got there, one of our drinks was the wrong size. Molly, the barista, was so nice and helpful in getting it fixed. She even suggested a modification to the drink that made it better than the original. Thanks for being so nice and helpful, Molly!

Great location, friendly staff, and lots of outlets! Only downside is they play the music incredibly loud at all times of the day/everyday which can make it hard to work sometimes. Overall, a great location.
