Bojangles - Goldsboro

From the time we placed our order until we got it was 15 minutes. The people behind the counter act like they didn't care if you got your food or not. Got a Cajun filet biscuit it has so much seasoning on there I didn't think I was going to be able to eat it and burnt my mouth season wise. The bathrooms were very nasty.

Wasn 't told they were out of chicken until after I ordered. Told by someone 15 minutes. Waited, told 9 more minutes. That 's fine, but offered supremes instead of wings. I don 't like supremes. I told them just give me my rice and drink. Then they wanted to call someone from the back to deal with me . I just left, the staff was talking junk about me as I walked out. I don 't care, but will NEVER be back to this location. Girl at register said she told me at would be a minute. Not. Also a minute does not turn into 20.

Everything was fine till I got ready to use the restroom. There was dead roaches all over the ground. We will not be back here again This place is infested with roaches.

If not for fellow customers this place sucks! Long drive thru. Foods are either cold, or over cooked/redropped, and 75% of the time not what you ordered. Then your treated with attitude when you let the employees and management that your order is incorrect, incomplete or just down right wrong. The morning crowed, the elderly crowed and their cheery faces and eagerness to have conversations is the only welcoming and positive thing i can say about this location. Thank goodness there are many other locations in my area, sadly this one is the convient one to my home and work.

I stopped in to place an order. I was not acknowledged. I let that go. I stood and waited…. A young man walked up to the register never once did he look up at me he was busy looking at his phone coughing in the direction of the uncovered chicken that was in the case. As if our phones don’t hold enough germs without the extra germs of him coughing like that cat on the meme. No thanks love I’m good. I don’t need nor want anything you guys are serving back there.
