Jersey Mike's Subs - Goldsboro

This is the third time that I ordered online in advance to arrive and find my order is late and incorrect. This time I ordered 6:19p for a 7:33p pickup. I came at 7:35 to find my order was not even started. I was finally handed over my order at 19:55. I am very sad because I absolutely loved Jersey Mikes and recommended it to everyone.

Great staff great sandwiches. #13 is my favorite, I like Mike's way with Mayo and extra cheese.

I can say this experience was terrific! My food was perfect!

We would like to commend Jose (Goldsboro location)for his dedication to his job. While me and my wife were setting up our mobile account we ran into some problems, Jose stayed on the phone with us until we got it set up. He was patient, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. His customer service was well above what we expected. Great job Jose!
