Outback Steakhouse - Goldsboro

Our family enjoys dining out once a week, and Outback is definitely one of our top choices. The staff is friendly and regularly checks in to ensure everything is satisfactory. The food is consistently delicious, and the adult beverages are great as well.

Today, I ordered takeaway, and Jada was fantastic in assisting me with my order. She helped me pick out everything I needed. Grace did an excellent job ensuring my food was packed perfectly. I truly enjoyed my meal and the overall experience tonight.

The shrimp was delicious, and the steamed vegetables were served hot. Unfortunately, I didn't receive my side salad, which was quite disappointing, and the sauce for the shrimp was also missing. However, the bread and butter were enjoyable.

Food was just ok, but the service needed a lot of work. Just couldn't seem to get the order right.

First off our hostess was very nice and friendly we were seated right away. Sharon was our waitress and she was awesome. The gentleman busing tables was on point and cleaning tables right after guests had finished their meals . The dining areas were nice and well kept, the bathrooms were clean and stocked. Service here was very good. The food was perfectly seasoned, my steak was delicious. Overall I enjoy eating here and I will be back. Keep up the good work. Thank you for making our visit wonderful.
